LOGBOOK SERVICING

Did you know that you don’t have to take your car to your dealer for a routine service? The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) states that for mechanical servicing or repairs that aren’t covered in your car’s warranty, you have the right to bring your car to the mechanic of your choice.

At Nunawading Engine Clinic, we have the equipment and expertise to service and repair most new car makes and models. We keep our workshop up to date with diagnostics equipment to suit all new models, and use only genuine OEM and aftermarket parts, accessories and auto fluids to keep your new car warranty intact. PRE-PURCHASE VEHICLE INSPECTIONS

Pre-purchase vehicle inspections are not only for before you purchase a secondhand car, but they are also important for an inspection before your new car warranty expires. A pre-purchase inspection is a detailed visual inspection, engine test and road test carried out for a vehicle being sold. It’s based on a visual external inspection of components only – we won’t dismantle components to do an internal inspection. We’ll provide a detailed report based on the condition of the car so that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your prospective new car.

At Nunawading Engine Clinic, we pride ourselves on only using the best Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vehicle parts, accessories and auto fluids. OEM approved products are specified by some manufacturers and protect the vehicles warranty as well as maintaining its correct operational standards.
